OUR TESTIMONIALS

How we have impacted others.

CINS/FINS has been very helpful in assisting me with my truant daughter. She now attends school every day and her grades and behavior have improved.

Since my son began receiving case management/mentoring from CINS/FINS, our family has noticed an improvement in his self-esteem and increased confidence.

“I’m glad that I attended the SNAP sessions because I don’t respond negatively to situations that trigger me. I know how to stop myself from making the wrong decision.”

“Since my daughter and I started attending the SNAP sessions, I see changes in my daughter’s behavior already. She is more assertive in school. Her grades have already improved. I also feel that I can handle things better than before.”

“From the very moment that I walked in and explained my circumstances, your genuine sincerity and compassion to help me and my child were so focused. Your focused attention gave me hope and support. It wasn’t just the actual assistance that you knew of and sought after on my behalf; it was your heart’s intention behind it. In our world, especially these days, so many people are really numb and don’t really consciously care – it’s “just a job.” I will always be grateful for you.”

Before attending SNAP sessions, one of my girls was constantly getting into trouble in school (i.e., fighting and being disrespectful to her teachers). I’ve witnessed this young lady use the SNAP skills that she acquired. She has used these skills to advocate for the girls at her school. By using the SNAP problem-solving skill and P.A.S.T.E. worksheet, she was able to convince the principal to put a garbage container in the girls’ bathroom by writing a letter to the principal. I am super proud of her!!!!”
