Terence Washington II originally from Cleveland OH, a cum laude graduate from West Virginia State University with a Bachelors in Social Work. Terence is currently the Prevention Program Director for the CINS / FINS (Children In Need Of Services) & FYRAC (Family Youth Respite After Care Services) Program with over 12 years of experience in a leadership role in the field of social work. Terence has an extensive background working with underserved youth ages (6 -18) and beyond from a variety of populations such as youth experiencing ungovernable behaviors, substance abuse, human trafficking, neglect, truant, runaways, and various mental health issues.
Terence is also an former professional football player and maintains a highly motivated team work ethic that is used daily to empower his team. Terence is extremely passionate and dedicated to help youth improve any area of their lives. This determination has allowed him to assist youth in different capacities while on their journey to success.
