Ava Williams is a native New Yorker who considers her State to be the best in the world. As a passionate Educator she partnered with the district to build and position our youth for greatness by differentiating learning styles to meet the needs of every scholar.

Ava has served for the past 20+ years inspiring the least and left out. Her State scores have exceeded the standards every year. She has impacted the lives of thousands of students from Kindergarten to 3rd grade over the years.

Ms. Williams has won various awards and received accolades for her leadership skills by mentoring new Educators and minor girls through Because I’m Beautiful Girls Club, Inc. affectionately known as B.I.B a non-profit where she apportioned as a fundraiser and Director of Community Affairs from 2004 – 2014. She currently serves as a Board Member of Preventive Central in the capacity of fundraiser.

Ms. Williams holds multiple degrees ranging from a Bachelors of Art (B.A), Masters of Science in Education (M.S) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). She currently manages Judah’s Lion, LLC a real estate investment company which “revitalizes communities” one home at a time.

Ava is an avid reader and traveler. She always embraces the beauty, cultural, and customs of every destination.
